Baileys offer a range of shipping options including their own fleet of purpose-built truck and trailer units ensuring your product gets to you quickly and in the best possible condition. Shipping details are as follows:

Due to the high demand for water tanks in the North and South Islands we are currently experiencing delays.

Important update regarding Lead times – 28 November 2023

** As we head into the Christmas and New Year holidays please remember to factor in our closing period of two weeks from December 21st to January 8th 2024 when checking lead times**

North Island
  • Small tanks: 400L to 5000L = 1-2 weeks
  • Large tanks –  BT30000, BT25,000, BT13500, BT10000, BT9000 – JANUARY DELIVERY
  • Urban tanks / Slimline (New Sustainable series- 2000L & 3000L) = 1-2 weeks
  • Urban Tanks / Slimline (welded series- 4000L & 5000L) = 1-2 weeks
  • Fat Sam’s & Slim Jim’s  = 1-3 weeks
  • Pump Covers 1 weeks
South Island
  • Small tanks: BT900, BT1800, BT2100, BT3000, BT5000 =2 weeks
  • Small tanks (BT425, BT1000, Slim Jim, Fat Sam – all produced in AKL ) = approx. 6 weeks.
  • Large tanks: 9000L to 30000L = MID-LATE JANUARY
  • Urban tanks / Slimline (New Sustainable series- 2000L & 3000L) = approx. 6 weeks.
  • Urban Tanks / Slimline (previous, welded series- 4000L & 5000L) = approx. 6 weeks.

FREE Shipping details – National:

  • FREE shipping is available on classic tanks 9000L and above. Offer for mainland New Zealand only.
  • Offer NOT valid to outer islands (e.g., Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island), East Cape (e.g., North of Te Kaha or Gisborne), North of Houhora (Cape Reinga), Southern Wairarapa and Fiordland. There are some other remote areas that are also excluded from free delivery, if you think this is you, please call or email us and we’ll get straight back to you.
  • Truck and trailer road access is required.

FREE Shipping details – Local:

  • FREE shipping is available on all tanks 5000L and below. Offer for Auckland and Christchurch only.
  • Truck access is required.

FREE Pickup – Regional:

  • FREE regional pickup is available from our nationwide reseller network. Applies to all pipe products, classic tanks, water towers and slimline tanks.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout prior to payment.

Delivery via Bailey transport is to the road entrance of the property, transportation to the site is at the driver’s discretion. Road is defined as a public road suitable for a truck and trailer.
