Baileys offer a range of shipping options including their own fleet of purpose built truck and trailer units ensuring your product gets to you quickly and in the best possible condition. Shipping details are as follows:

Delivery Terms: 
  • Delivery via Bailey transport is to the road entrance of the property, transportation to the site is at the driver's discretion. Road is defined as a public road suitable for a truck and trailer.
  • Delivery is NOT available to outer islands (eg Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island), East Cape (eg North of Te Kaha or Gisborne), North of Houhora (Cape Reinga), Southern Wairarapa, Fiordland and Marlborough Sounds. There are some isolated areas that are also excluded from free delivery, if you think this is you please call or email us and we’ll get straight back to you.
  • Remote areas may have a delayed lead time, outside of the advertised range below.

Large Tanks 9000L to 30000L:
  • FREE shipping is available on ICON tanks 9000L and above. Offer for mainland New Zealand only.
  • Delivery is via Baileys. 
  • Truck access is required for delivery. 
Lead Times 
  • North Island: 2-4 weeks
  • South Island: 3-4 Weeks
Small Tanks 400L to 8999L:
  • Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout prior to payment.
  • Delivery is via Baileys. 
  • Truck access is required. 
  • Some products require a forklift or multiple people to assist in the unloading - contact us for more information. 
Lead Times
  • North Island: 1-2 weeks
    • Chunky Charlie - Auckland 1-2 weeks, elsewhere 2-3 weeks
  • South Island: 
    • Icon 1-2 weeks
    • Sustainable & Slim Jim Tanks 4-6 weeks
    • Core Urban tanks 1-2 weeks:
      • Slim Jim 1000L Black and Slate Grey
      • Sustainable 2000L Black, Slate Grey, and Birch Grey

Pipe:

  • Pipe products are available through merchants nationwide.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns, so please choose carefully and take particular care to ensure the product is suitable and will fit the intended location.
  • Many of our products are made to order, once ordered these cannot be cancelled or replaced with another product. 
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect all goods at the time of delivery and notify us immediately of any issues. If a product is found to be faulty or incorrect as supplied by us, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can assess the matter.
