Quality Management System – ISO 9001 

At Bailey Tanks we pride ourselves on continual improvement. As quality is important to us, we are in the process of creating and implementing an Integrated Management System (IMS) which combines a Quality Management System (QMS) and an Environmental Management System (EMS). You can read more about our EMS under the ‘Sustainability and environment’ tab. 

A QMS helps organisations to improve the quality of their products and services and consistently meet and exceed their customers’ expectations. We are working toward becoming ISO 9001 certified, which is an internationally agreed standard that defines the requirements for a QMS.

Bailey Tanks Ltd is committed to consistently delivering high quality water solutions in a timely and accurate manner, through a team of highly motivated technical personnel as defined in our Quality Management System. We commit to: 

  • Satisfy customer and applicable regulatory requirements we subscribe to as part of our business operations. 

  • Continually improve our performance and quality management system by setting objectives that are appropriate to the purpose and context of our organisation and supports our strategic direction.
