Entry form for Stihl 36V Outdoor Pack Draw

    Bailey Tanks – purchase a tank from Farm Source & enter a draw for Stihl products. Terms and Conditions.

    1. To qualify for this promotion a customer must order any Bailey Tanks Ltd BT425, BT900, BT1800, BT2100, BT3000 or BT5000 tank from Farm Source during the month of December 2020. No other tank size or style qualifies. Any subsequent cancellation disqualifies the order.
    2. To enter the draw go to www.tanks.co.nz/farmsourcestihlprize fill in the information required, accept the terms and conditions, and press Send. If more than 1 tank has been purchased either list all the tanks under Tank Size or if preferred create a separate entry for each tank. Incorrect or missing information may result in the entry being disqualified at the discretion of Bailey Tanks.
    3. Each qualifying tank ordered will create one entry in the draw.
    4. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
    5. Employees of Farm Source or Bailey Tanks are not eligible to enter the draw.
    6. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by Bailey Tanks using a random computer process. The draw will take place on 1 March 2021.
    7. The winner of the draw will receive a Stihl 36V outdoor pack including; one BGA 57 tool only blower, one MSA 120 C-B tool only Chainsaw, one FSA 57 tool only line trimmer, one HLA 56 tool only long reach hedge trimmer, one AK 10 battery, one AK 20 battery and AL 101 charger.
    8. The winner will be notified by email and phone in the week commencing 1 March 2021. If the winner cannot be contacted by Bailey Tanks within 14 days of being notified then the winner's prize may be forfeited at Bailey Tanks’ discretion and Bailey Tanks shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If the winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Bailey Tanks shall be entitled to select another winner.
    9. The Stihl 36V outdoor pack prize will be delivered by Bailey Tanks to the Farm Source store that supplied the winning customer, for uplifting by the winner.
    10. If the specified Stihl products are unavailable for any reason Bailey Tanks reserves the right to substitute a similar value product.
    11. All costs incurred by an entrant in association with this Promotion are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Neither the Promoter nor its associated companies or agencies are responsible for any loss, injury, death, or misadventure that may occur as a result of entering this promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies exclude all liability or loss arising directly or indirectly with this Promotion.
    12. The Promoter reserves the right to make changes to this Promotion and these terms and conditions at any time.
    13. The winner’s name may be published in Farm Source and Bailey Tanks print and social media and web sites.
    14. Any personal information collected as part of this promotion will be held by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy. You have the right to access, update and correct such information.
    15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other products.
    16. By participating in the promotion, entrants to the draw are deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
